The Delta Blues Museum in Clarksdale received $460,000 in grant funds from the National Endowment for the Humanities to expand its exhibits focusing on people whose music has had an impact on “societal changes,” according to The Local Voice, a biweekly newspaper distributed in Oxford, Water Valley, Lafayette County, Yalobusha County and parts of Panola and Marshall counties.

The grant also supports hiring a staff person for two years.
