As Kirk Franklin might say, Valley wasn’t ready for Thee Revolution.
The Jackson State University Tigers celebrated their first homecoming victory since 2015 with a win over Mississippi Valley State on October 13.

Ryan L. Nave, a native of University City, Mo., served as Mississippi Today's editor-in-chief from May 2018 until April 2020.
