May 2018 – February 2019 — Mississippi Today travels the state to reestablish the brewpub as a center for public discussion, debate and fellowship. Our staff has visited member taprooms of the Mississippi Brewers Guild and featured live interviews between our journalists and cultural and political figures, screenings of short films, Mississippi pop quiz games and lively discussion. And of course craft beer and local tunes, too!
Put political banter back where it belongs! On the barstool!
