The United States Health and Human Services Department, which has partnered with the Mississippi Health Advocacy Program for the past three years to educate people on government health coverage, abruptly pulled the plug on a tour planned across Mississippi, Vox reported. The federal agency told the local advocacy group that HHS will not participate in any Obamacare outreach this year.
