Gov. Phil Bryant is leading a state business trip to India, the Associated Press reports.

A spokesman confirms Bryant will take part in the trip Sept. 11-15 sponsored by the Mississippi Development Authority. MDA says participants will meet with potential buyers, agents, distributors and joint venture partners.

  1. Typical Mississippi “leadership”. Bryant is out gallivanting the globe (Um, just WHAT does Mississippi need from India?) while the state he’s responsible for at home is knee deep in corruption, of which he is full-well aware of…..so, you see what a coward does within the bureaucrat’s creed: Run and hide, until the mess cleans itself up….in case ya don’t know: Success in Mississippi is knowing who to blame for your failures! It’s what they teach you at Old Miss.
